📢 We're Hiring: Graduate Apprentice Surveyor
📍 Stornoway, Isle of Lewis

Our client Tighean Innse Gall is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Apprentice Surveyor to join the Care and Repair Service, helping deliver projects that improve homes and support thriving communities across the Outer Hebrides.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in surveying, property projects and community housing development, working alongside experienced colleagues and partners such as Highlands and Islands Enterprise and SSEN-T.

💰 Salary: £36,821 – £40,359 (EVH Grade 5, inclusive of Islands & Car Allowances)
🕒 Hours: 35 hours per week
📅 Contract: 12 months (possible extension)

You’ll help support property surveys, project delivery and housing initiatives that enable people to live in warm, safe and affordable homes across our island communities.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about housing, community development and making a real difference in rural communities.
