This weekend I’ve been working on pulling together a more joined-up lead management process for a client.
They have enquiries coming in from different places, including brochure requests, contact forms and an AI chatbot, so the focus has been on bringing everything into one central location where it can be viewed, managed and tracked properly.
That includes real-time notifications, mobile and email validation, pipeline management, appointment setting, revenue tracking, and automated transactional messages through email and WhatsApp.
What was previously spread across five different systems, with five different logins, is now becoming one central CRM.
That means less jumping between platforms, less manual admin, and a clearer view of what is happening with each enquiry.
More importantly, it saves the client hours of admin time that can be better spent doing what they do best.
Not always the most visible part of business improvement, but the kind of work that makes everything cleaner, clearer and easier to manage behind the scenes.
