Something I’ve learned from spending a lot of time studying mindset over the past year is this: Your negative beliefs are just that, beliefs. Not facts. Not reality!
They exist in your head, not in the world around you. The moment you begin to realise that, you reclaim your power.
1. Start by identifying the limiting belief.
2. Then challenge it with logic and evidence.
Ask yourself: What proof do I actually have that this is true/untrue?
3. Finally, repeat daily affirmations that directly contradict the belief, allowing your brain to slowly rewire and accept a new, more supportive narrative.
Your brain is basically an internal GPS.
Whatever you programme into it, it will work hard to guide you towards. So if you’re feeding it doubt, fear or “I’m not good enough”… that’s the direction you’ll keep heading.
Consciously reset it every day.
Repeat what you want to believe about yourself until it starts to feel normal. Yes, it can feel uncomfortable at first. That’s usually a sign it’s working.
