What a fantastic morning we had at The Dial House, Reepham for our second ever Goal Getter small business event!

It was wonderful to see over 20 Norfolk business owners come together to connect, learn, and grow as part of my exciting, emerging community.

The energy in the room was brilliant, and the buzz of conversation confirmed just how needed these relaxed, inclusive, and practical meet-ups are.

This month's topic was crucial for any small business: Business and Personal Branding.

We delved into practical strategies on how to stand out from your competitors and, most importantly, how to build genuine trust with your audience.

When was the last time you received a nice surprise through the post? (Vinted/Amazon doesn’t count!)

I have recently joined Buy Local Norfolk and received this handwritten postcard through the post.

Such a great personal touch to welcome people to the group. And also a fab marketing tactic (in this case, it’s print marketing and direct mail after the conversion stage - into the loyalty stage).

Print marketing used in the after sales process is also great for inspiring user generated content (like the post I am writing now; I’ve photographed the flyer and shared it to my network).
