Yes, yes, yes to all of that! At the same time it's still important to be mindful that:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We're still in a period of transition.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
People are still suffering hugely, physically, mentally and financially.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It can be tricky finding that balance. You've heard the piece about us all being in the same storm but not in the same boat right? We're still living through this shared experience that is a very different experience for all of us individually. That's not to say we shouldn't be loud and proud of our achievements when things are going well, it gives hope and inspiration. We just need to be sure that we are taking that quick sense check for sensitivity in the way we are doing it.

I googled “how big is the world?” (gives you an insight into how I’m spending my weekends right now!) and the answer I found was - The total surface area of Earth is about 197 million square miles! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yeah, alright, I knew it was massive, but what a number! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Such a big place but with a phone or computer we can put our messages out to people we’ve never met from all over the world. Social media makes it possible for us to make the world a smaller place and to connect with people we don’t even know exist yet, people who don’t know you exist yet, people who are your perfect customer if only they just knew about you!

When you get those DM's and emails promising you consistent viral content, x amount of followers per month, engagement increased by 100% in a week... swerve.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's either BS or they will get you those followers or that increase but it will be bought and fake and ultimately will end up damaging your account. There are no shortcuts to the good stuff.
