Amazon to offer parents term-time-only working
This makes sense both for the workforce but also the company. Often sales are lower during school holidays, so reducing the workforce whilst giving parents what they need is a cracking plan!
The online giant is offering a flexible contract but the GMB union says workers want higher pay.
