Facebook without the Fear is at 11 am - aimed at people with minimal Facebook skills or knowledge.

Facebook without the Frustration 2 pm for those who have small businesses and just want to improve their business page.

The answer to yesterdays question:

“Please like and share!” 🛑

Facebook demotes posts that beg for likes, shares and tags, and customers scroll straight past them. Well done to everyone who guessed it. 👏

Do this instead:
✅ Ask a real question (“Tea or coffee on a Monday?”)
✅ Share something genuinely useful
✅ Tell a quick story about your day

People share things that help or move them. They rarely share because they were told to.

“How do I book?” should never require a detective and three cups of tea. 🔎

Today’s small change: check whether your posts explain what someone should do next.
Choose one recent post about your product or service. Does it tell people:
🌼 What’s available?
🌼 How to buy, book or enquire?
🌼 What information to send you?

“Message me for details” is a start. “Message me with your preferred date and how many places you need” gives someone a much easier first step.

You don’t need to rewrite your whole page. Improve one post, then use that clearer instruction next time.

What’s the question customers ask you most often? It might reveal something your next post needs to explain.
