BNI Endeavour – Wednesday 3rd September at Boringdon Park Golf Club

Another uplifting morning with BNI Endeavour where members and visitors came together to share ideas, strengthen relationships and generate opportunities for growth.

Our Chapter President, Elsbeth Hallam of Hugs Children’s Cancer Charity, opened the meeting alongside the full leadership team of Ashley Ferguson as the Vice President and Megan Sutton DipPFS as the secretary/treasurer.

The educational slot was delivered very cleverly by Luke Webber of Murray Group on the importance of networking to grow your buisness.

Feature presentation was given today by Lauren Dixon of GA Solicitors. Lauren gave an insightful overview of the wide range of services that GA provide as well as a more in depth explanation of her role.

It was a day of testimonials today showing the vital core value of recognition and the real relationships that are being built in the room.

Another brilliant morning with BNI Endeavour!
Our 2nd July meeting at Boringdon Park Golf Club was packed with valuable insights, engaging presentations and a wonderfully supportive atmosphere — all accompanied by a delicious breakfast.
The meeting was expertly led by Chapter President Elsbeth Hallam of Hugs Children’s Cancer Charity who, as always, steered the session with confidence and warmth.
We heard from Rebecca Hendra of Diamond Bookkeeping Ltd, who spoke about Building Relationships — a core value of BNI — and how it’s helping her grow her business.
Next up, Steve Gyseman from Fuel shared highlights from the BNI National Conference, including fantastic feedback about our very own Kimberley Swann, owner of KS Cleaning services from a fellow member in another chapter. It was a great reminder of the incredible opportunities available to collaborate not just locally but across the UK and globally.

Another fantastic morning with BNI Endeavour!

Our 18th June meeting at Boringdon Park Golf Club was packed with great insights, engaging presentations and a truly supportive atmosphere along with a lovely breakfast.

The meeting was run by President of the chapter Elsbeth Hallam and Treasuer, Megan Sutton DipPFS who stepped into the vice president role.

We heard from Jonathan Keable who is a member of BNI Pilgrim chapter, who highlighted the importance of one of BNI’s core value: Accountability and the importance of following up on all referrals.

A big thank you to Hannah Massey who stepped in last minute to do the education slot on the importance of Testimonials. A proven way to say THANK YOU, and to show not only the room but everyone in BNI that your buisness is recommended.

Becky Simpson from Improvement Solutions Ltd gave a valuable presentation on her business and some fascinating facts about what a positive impact she has on businesses through her educating and supportive coaching. A truly informative and great presentation from our purple haired buisness coach.

We also celebrated some fantastic testimonials which echoed Hannah’s education slot:

Our 11th June meeting at Boringdon Park Golf Club was packed with great insights, engaging presentations and a truly supportive atmosphere.

A big thank you to Elsbeth Hallam from Hugs Children’s Cancer Charity for chairing the session with confidence and ease—brilliantly keeping everything running smoothly.
We heard from Phil Seeva, Copywriter and content creator, who highlighted the importance of one of BNI’s core values: Givers Gain. He shared how giving referrals and supporting others has played a key role in the growth of his business.

Becky Simpson from Improvement Solutions Ltd gave a valuable presentation on Power Teams—groups of complementary professionals who collaborate to generate quality referrals. She outlined the benefits, including: trusted introductions, shared marketing efforts and a boost in credibility. Unsurprisingly, Power Teams often out perform solo members!

Mel Kingdom from Bowen Body Remedies delivered a truly hands-on presentation on Bowen Therapy—a gentle, non-invasive technique that encourages the body’s natural healing processes. Mel demonstrated the therapy on fellow member Zhivko Zhelev of NS Metal Crafting Limited, offering real insight into her work.

A huge thank you to our President, Elsbeth Hallam from children’s Cancer Charity, who chaired the session with great confidence and skill.

Tom Dawson of Olympic Electrical and Pilgrim who shared how one of BNI’s core values — Building Relationships — has been instrumental to the growth of his business.

We also heard from Megan Sutton DipPFS of Clarity Wealth, who spoke about the importance of educating fellow members about your business so they can become knowledgeable advocates and confidently recommend your services.

Jane Sargeant from Fuel delivered an excellent presentation on the core services Fuel provides. She focused specifically on the power of video for showcasing products, demonstrating expertise, educating audiences, building trust, boosting influencer relationships and improving SEO. Our spotlight presentation was a real treat!
Joanna McTighe delivered a captivating session on TEMPLESPA Skincare and workplace wellbeing. She guided us through a calming and sensory experience, including the revitalising ‘Breath of Life’ – an aromatic blend of eucalyptus, tea tree, menthol, and lavender. We enjoyed cooling neck treatments with warm flannels, explored anti-inflammatory products, and finished with ‘Repose’, a beautifully soothing night cream. By the end, we were all deeply relaxed and smelling like we’d just walked out of a luxury spa!

Another fantastic morning with BNI Endeavour!

Our meeting on 21st May at Boringdon Park Golf Club was filled with valuable insights, inspiring presentations and a truly positive atmosphere. A huge thank you to Elsbeth Hallam Hugs Children’s Cancer Charity, who chaired the session with great skill and confidence.

Lauren Dixon from GA Solicitors spoke about one of BNI’s core values – Recognition – and emphasised its importance within our chapter.
Adam Older (CMIOSH) from A. Older Safety Solutions Ltd took us through the BNI Passport, helping new members understand how to make the most of their journey.
We were delighted to hear two wonderful testimonials:

Our spotlight presentation came from Megan Sutton DipPFS of Clarity Wealth Management, who showcased her services and explained the many benefits of working with an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Megan gave an informative presentation on how she can help hardworking families with a house and savings navigate inheritance tax and how we can listen out for pain points in our own networks to help her help them with regards to pension problems, death tax concerns, business protection, trust issues with previous advisors, and no plans to retire.
