We have a ‘Willerby Vacation’ caravan that is modern and stylish. It is fully double glazed throughout and has gas central heating. It comprises of a large open plan lounge which also includes a dining area. There is a well equipped kitchen with a freestanding gas cooker which includes a hob and large oven. There is also a microwave and all of the usual utensils. The caravan has one large shower room with a toilet plus storage. In addition, there is another separate toilet which makes our caravan ideal for larger families.
Our caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms but can sleep eight people.
Our caravan also has the following items included for your comfort and enjoyment:
* Wine and beer drinks chiller
* Air fryer to safely and healthily make chips
* Tassimo coffee machine
* 40 inch HDMI TV
* DVD player and a selection of DVD’s
* Hair Dryer which is located inside the wardrobe in the double bedroom
* A fully equipped kitchen with all of the necessary utensils
* Picnic bench so that the whole family can eat outside
* Electric BBQ
* Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products
Our caravan is on the very sought after Ash. This is an ideal central location, set just to the right of the Showdome and a few rows away which means that it is in a quieter private area. As a result of this, we have alot of families and regulars booking due to the cul de sac location which is a minute walk from Showdome and the rest of the entertainment area.
PASSES & ELECTRIC TOKENS CAN BE PURCHASED FROM RECEPTION IF NEEDED.
GAS IS INCLUDED
As previously mentioned, we do not allow pets, due to the excellent condition of our caravan. We also do not allow young same s*x groups ie groups of girls and boys who might be on stag or hen celebrations.
Passes can be obtained from reception. There are good quality duvets for each of the beds but bed linen is not included so please bring your own or if you prefer, there is a lady on the site who hires out linen for a reasonable price. Contact details are in the caravan.
Our caravan is strictly no smoking , no pets, or groups of youngsters.
Booking Information
To secure your booking, all we require is a £50 non refundable deposit and then the remaining balance is to be fully paid by four weeks before the start of your holiday along with a £50 bond. This is to to ensure that the caravan is left clean, tidy with no breakages, hoovered, all bed slats intact with no damage or missing parts, or items missing, fridge empty/clean, gas turned off, no smoking or signs of smoking in caravan, no pets or signs of pets. If these conditions are fully met then the bond is returned within 2 days from the end of your holiday.

Sometimes in the Summer, bookings can be from a Saturday to Saturday.
Check in is from 2.30pm on the day your holiday starts.
Check out must be before 11.30am on the day your holiday ends.
