A Portsmouth gym is taking on an Albania challenge to support veterans 💪

This September, our sister companies across the CDM Group, alongside members of the Jetts Gym Portsmouth community, will be taking part in an incredible challenge with Ultra 4 Charity, tackling a gruelling 50-100km run through the Albanian mountains to raise vital funds for four veteran charities.

We're proud to work alongside these businesses and their directors every day, and even prouder to see them pushing themselves to their limits in support of those who have sacrificed so much for our country.

Yesterday we welcomed another fantastic group of Trade & Construction professionals to our Elm Grove Hub for our Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) Course. 👷🩺

It was great to see a full room of business owners and operatives investing in life-saving skills and becoming first aid compliant.

In our industry, accidents aren’t planned. Whether it’s a fall, a serious injury or a medical emergency, having someone on site who knows what to do can make all the difference.

A huge thank you to Mark Taylor, Director of Aspire CPR & First Aid Training, for delivering another engaging and informative course.
