Many businesses think their brand is about them and spend huge amounts of time and money trying to tell THEIR story.

Big mistake.

The customer IS THE HERO and your brand should invite them into a story that:

1️⃣ Addresses a real challenge or obstacle
2️⃣ Give them a plan to overcome it
3️⃣ Call them to action
4️⃣ Help them envision a better life for themselves

In other words, be the Yoda to your Luke Skywalker.

Our life purpose is the source that drives us forward and gives us a reason to wake up every morning. Life without ‘intention’ can quickly become a dull and dissatisfying experience.

Likewise, identifying your business purpose gives your company a reason to exist and a higher objective. It is the essence and uniqueness of your business that will differentiate you from your competition. Similarly to a mission statement (but not quite the same), your business purpose should be a short and clear assertion that defines your intentions and proposition.

Properly research your industry and understand what your competition is already doing to enrich your offer. Ask yourself: Why did I start my business? What do I have to offer? Who is my audience?

Answering your "why" helps identify your company's unique impact to attract better-suited consumers.
