I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for all the kind words, messages and support I received after my last post. I have read every one, and they have meant more to me than I can put into words.
A client sent me this photograph of their finished piece, now hanging in its new home, and seeing it there feels particularly special.
This was the last piece Martin helped me with.
He saw the image when I came home from the photoshoot, and then watched it gradually become what you see here, through the editing, the little changes and decisions along the way, right through to helping me with the final print.
Martin was always there behind the scenes at Tracey Jane’s. He took such an interest in what I was creating, helped me when I needed him and, most importantly, always believed in what I was trying to build.
There is something incredibly bittersweet about seeing this photograph now hanging in its new home. It is the finished piece from a journey that Martin was part of from the very beginning.
Thank you again for all the kindness and support you have shown me.
I am going to keep going, one step at a time, carrying with me the belief and encouragement of the person who was always my biggest supporter. ❤️
