What we focused on:

• Positioning: who it’s for, what changes to expect, and why
• Service architecture: each offer clearly separated and easy to navigate
• Messaging: plain English, minimal “wellbeing language”, more substance
• Trust signals: tone, structure, and content that supports credibility
