Grief doesn't follow a schedule.

It can arrive weeks after a loss, or resurface years later. It can look like anger, or silence, or simply not knowing how to get through an ordinary Tuesday.

Julie Shehata-Morgan is a grief and bereavement counsellor based near Stratford-upon-Avon who works with individuals and families at any stage of loss.

Whether you're navigating a sudden bereavement, supporting a partner, or finding that grief has quietly caught up with you, Julie offers a calm, confidential space to talk things through.

Sessions are available face-to-face, by phone, or on Zoom. Julie also offers walk-and-talk sessions for those who prefer to be outdoors rather than sitting across a desk.

She also works with organisations, helping managers and teams handle grief in the workplace with more confidence, better language, and practical support.
