🐾 A little update for the coming week 🐾

I won’t be in the salon this week as I’m taking some much-needed time out to spend with my friends.
I will still be answering text messages and voice notes when I log into my account, but please be aware that I will not be checking them every day, so please be patient with me while I’m taking this time for myself.

I’d also like to wish all of my lovely customers a wonderful week.

And finally, a little reminder — if you haven’t yet booked your dog’s Christmas appointment, please get it booked in as soon as possible!
I really don’t want any of my regulars missing out, but please remember that it is your responsibility to make sure your dog is booked in — not mine. Once the appointments are gone, I simply can’t magic any more into the diary!

Cancellation appointments available! 🐾

I’ve had two appointments become available for Tuesday 10th September, at 11am and 1pm.

If you’d like to book one of these appointments, please let me know by calling me on 07930 501651 or send me a message on my Style My Dog page.

These appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 🐶✂️

🐾 appointments now gone

Two appointments have become available tomorrow at 11am and 1pm!

A little reminder to all my lovely clients: if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I would really appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible.

Please be respectful of the fact that I am self-employed. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, or someone doesn’t show up, I don’t get paid for that time. Giving me 48 hours’ notice gives me a much better chance of filling the appointment with another client.

If anyone cancels or reschedules within 48 hours more than once, I will need to ask for a deposit when booking future appointments.

I completely understand that sometimes emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, and I will always take those into consideration.
