Colin has spent more than four decades working with people in negotiation and dispute resolution. His career as a trade union officer and employment barrister, together with his mediation training, gives him a considered perspective on workplace and commercial conflict.

What comes through when speaking with Colin is the care he takes to understand a dispute before trying to move it forward. His approach is calm, persistent and grounded in listening to the people involved.
