Last week I had the pleasure of capturing content for my stunning client GREAT SHELFORD | SPMU, LASHES, LASH LIFT, BIAB NAILS, BROWS and her business bestie the CJB BEAUTY | AWARD WINNING PMU ARTIST & EDUCATOR for the launch of their Beauty Beyond The Chair event.

And I genuinely loved every minute of it.

Because I’ve spent so long removing myself from the luxe aesthetic, people don’t associate me or my work with it.

But just because I offer super creative brand direction, that produces scroll stopping, unforgettable content… doesn’t mean I hate anyone that wears a power suit!

It means I CARE about the VISION and the EX*****ON.

Because your content should do four things:

Attract the attention of your ideal client.

Be so infused with your branding that it repels those NOT meant for you.

Bring people into the experience & feeling of working with you.

Clearly & quickly communicate your message/offer & or what you stand forx

So when these two industry leaders who are KNOWN for their luxury beauty businesses came to me with their vision, I knew I’d be shooting luxe and I wasn’t mad about it.

Because it makes sense. It ticks the boxes and it speaks to their client base who they know inside and out.

These women didn’t follow the luxe trend, they created it.

Watching this video makes me so emotional! Perfectly capturing the joy, the freedom and the self expression that was our first .festival

A place to be yourself, safely & judgement free. To fill your cup and to dance like no one’s watching. To remind yourself you and always have been the Icon of your own life.

We did it ladies we DID IT!!

IN 90 DAYS.

This will go down as one of my most unforgettable moments of my entire year (if not life!!) and it happened because of YOU!

The Iconic sisterhood has been formed and In years to come I know we’ll sit back and say “omg do you remember the first year of Icon Fest? I WAS THERE!!”

Because of course We WILL BE BACK!!

I’ve learnt so much already from this experience and I always know how we’re going to make it bigger, better and more iconic!
