I might have some fun 'Canvaing' this up but wanted to share a workshop on behalf of a coach who has crazy brilliant intuitive skills and has been very kind about my business as a copywriter.

It's also a subject close to my heart though I'm grateful that I no longer have to deal with 'workplace idiots'! I've certainly been there though.

Love teaching at Welcome Gym. Fridays at 7pm and Sundays at 10:30. Working on side plank -Vasisthasana. Great for wrist strength though also import to watch out for any wrist pain and take care.
