1️⃣ client conversation about whether or not to do equity release for inheritance tax planning

5️⃣ mortgage conversations

2️⃣ decisions in principle

1️⃣ for mortgage application provisionally accepted and survey booked in

1️⃣ analytical fund and charges analysis conversation with a client

1️⃣ client considering reducing the hours and we’re looking at options to do this with their pension plan

3️⃣ client conversations about whether their current drawdown income strategy remains relevant. They do 🙌🏽

1️⃣ difficult conversation about why they shouldn’t extract all their pension when they don’t have a retirement income strategy after it

1️⃣ client looking to extract money from their property development limited company

1️⃣ conversation about pension sharing on divorce and the split of a SIPP

Many many conversations with clients about tax efficiency

Many team conversations ( there’s no I in team 🙌🏽🙌🏽)
