Are you aged 9-16 years old?..for any young patients out there who are currently suffering from Osgood-Schlatter's, Sinding-Larsen-Johanssen disease or Sever's. I want to know and document how having this problem has affected you emotionally.
Are you frustrated, angry or resigned?
This is your opportunity to have your voice heard.
The questionnaire is anonymous (no-one will know it's you) but I hope to build up a picture of how this condition has affected you and our sport.
