We’re recruiting a small number of auditors for an upcoming customer experience project (2 for UK and 1 for the USA)

We’re looking for people who have never purchased from a well-known premium book publisher before to take part in a structured audit of their online and end-to-end customer experience.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽. It’s a more in-depth experience where we ask you to actively observe, capture and reflect on your journey.

What’s involved:
• Browsing and purchasing from the website as a new customer
• Screen recording your journey at key stages (simple guidance provided)
• Sharing feedback at key points (post-purchase, delivery, and after a few weeks)
Important to note:
• You will be asked to make a genuine first purchase
• A voucher will be provided for a follow-up purchase
• Full guidance and support will be provided

We’re looking for people who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable sharing honest feedback.

Places are limited (1 USA / 2 UK), and we’ll be selecting to ensure a good mix of participants.

We will be inviting applications to get involved in this exclusive programme in the coming days.
