Lucy Griffiths Helping solopreneurs build courses, memberships and digital income streams without tech overwhelm.

Flowelle.io brings everything together in one simple platform. Flowelle is the all-in-one platform I created for solopreneurs who want a simpler way to run their online business. After years of duct-taping together multiple tools for courses, email marketing, funnels and memberships, I decided there had to be a better way. Flowelle brings everything together in one calm, easy-to-use system. You ca

n build courses, communities, funnels and email automations all in one place. It’s designed to help you grow a business that flows - without the tech overwhelm.

Spent 10 hours in spreadsheets last weekend and realised something important:

I don’t hate work. I love it.
I just hate spreadsheets 😂

I think a lot of entrepreneurs don’t actually hate their business… they just slowly drift away from the parts they love and get consumed by the things they think they "should" do

Being in business isn't about doing EVERYTHING. The goal is to build a business where you spend more time doing the things you love (and possibly outsource the spreadsheets data to Claude or ChatGPT next time 😆 Anyway, I made a podcast episode about getting rid of the shoulds... click on the link below to listen.

Honestly… this week my head has been elsewhere with all the stuff

Life admin of epic crazy proportions... And my marketing? Yep… not exactly top of the list 👀

But while out running in the fields I was feeling guilty about my podcast and about not being "on" on social media...

I reminded myself that momentum isn’t built with perfection. It's about doing stuff, even when it's messy. And that's what this week's podcast is all about...

Because success isn’t about being on it all the time… It’s about showing up anyway.

And it's why I created Flowelle. Because when life admin takes over… Your business still needs to tick along in the background.

If your head’s been elsewhere too - you've got this 💕 How are you managing to juggle everythng?

I was spending £1,000/month on THIS 😳

Life isn’t perfect. It’s messy, chaotic, busy…

But that’s not a reason to NOT START.

This is your reminder to take action regardless of what you have going on: Create the content. Do the thing. Start NOW.

It doesn't have to be perfect.

Business can look really shiny from the outside…

But behind the scenes, it can feel a LOT.

The tech. The emails. The juggling of life alongside it all.

I'm navigating a lot at the moment - choosing new schools for my son, moving house, caring for my mother, going through a never-ending divorce…

I’ve had moments where everything looked like it was working… But I felt completely exhausted.

It's part of the reason I set up my new business.

I simplified. One simple system. Less noise. More ease.

That’s what this week’s podcast is about: the part of business no one talks about (and how to make it feel easier).

And if things feel harder than they should right now… you don’t need more complexity - create simple systems that fit your life, whatever is being hurled at you.

Just a reminder you're building something magnificent - even on the messy days

What's working for you right now?

Marketing has shifted with AI. AI is doing the doing… which means we need less noise, not more.

We just need to focus on showing up and being more human, but most solopreneurs are stuck in:
👉 too many tools
👉 too many platforms
👉 too much complexity

And it’s quietly stopping them from making money. And those winning online? They’ve simplified everything.

So ask yourself: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺?

How are you… really?

Not the “I’m fine, just busy” answer.

But the real, don't want to almost admit answer.

I had a moment the other day where I just welled up with big blubbering tears.

I had one of those days where everything felt like a lot.

Life things. Divorce things. Business things. Big decisions. Emotions bubbling up.

And I realised something…

We’re so good at keeping going. Holding it all together. Showing up for everyone else.

And it got me thinking. We don’t always give ourselves permission to just pause and recalibrate.

It’s a little reminder that: You are not your business

You’re allowed to feel overwhelmed sometimes

And you are doing far better than you think you are

Listen to the podcast below 👇

And how are YOU doing? 🥰

I was 11 when she tried to strangle me for the first time 😳

My parents lived abroad and I went to boarding school in the UK.

I turned up with my trunk of clothes and books and tried to fit in.

I shared a dorm room with 8 other girls.

One girl took an instant dislike to me, and would bully me constantly.

In the classroom, in the dorm or while I was sleeping…

I had daily intimidation and physical abuse everyday at school.

She once pulled me out off the top of a bunk bed by my feet while I was sleeping 🥴

I fell 1.5 metres and walloped on to the floor.

I couldn’t move my back… so someone went to get a member of staff.

Along came my headmaster to check I was “ok”.

A couple of years later, he was sentenced to prison for importing child po*******hy into the UK.

Life at school was pretty fraught to say the least… 🥹

The respite came in the holidays when I’d fly home to see my parents 💕

It’s taken me a good few years of therapy to process this.

I don’t talk about this very often.

But I do know that it gives me a seething rage about bullying…

I always fight for the underdog.

It’s why I became a journalist…

And now on social media, I hate it when I see bullying online.

The world seems so toxic of late spewing hatred and venom…

I'm so lucky that most people in my social media bubble are lovely

People who are nasty on my posts just get blocked and deleted.

Those 3 dots are wonderful to hide anyone’s content who triggers you.

I spent many years living with toxic abuse.

Now, I’m older and wiser, I can choose to walk away from behaviour I don’t like…

I don’t want to give you my energy.

If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it.

Support, collaborate and uplift each other…

Hope you have a wonderful day ❤️❤️
