Confession time…
I make a living styling my clients' brand shoots areas to look perfectly put together—tidy desks, great lighting, utter professionalism.

My secret?

I'm editing those flawless photos at a desk surrounded by three empty coffee mugs, a tower of unsorted papers (I love my notes) , and a lens I've been ignoring for a weeks that needs cleaning.

I am living the chaotic reality of business ownership.

Think of your Instagram Highlights like the pristine, perfectly curated shop window of your business. It's the first place new visitors look to understand you without having to scroll endlessly.

But are they converting? Ask yourself: Do my Highlights clearly and immediately tell a new follower:

Who I am (The face/brand behind the name)

What I do (Your core services/products)

How to work with me (A clear path to purchase or inquiry)

If the answer to any of those is "no," you have a major leak in your sales funnel.

The Fix: Go through your current Highlights and make sure they directly address these three points. Delete the fluff, clarify the message, and make it easy for people to buy!
