We’ve all heard this quote, but do you apply it?

Planning is one of those things that can get put on the back burner. It slips to the bottom of the to-do list as other tasks take priority.

But when you just roll along with no clear destination and no clear directions, often the results are disappointing. Marketing is a crucial element of a successful business, but it can feel like a big scary topic, and this keeps many small businesses stuck playing small, sticking to what they know.

But there are so many ways you can market yourself beyond the obvious blogs and socials, and it really doesn’t have to be scary or overwhelming.

Councillor Adrian Gregson, The Mayor of Worcester declared Honeywell Primary School officially open as the whole community joined together to celebrate the start of something special for the new west Worcester school.

I feel very proud of the ADD Marketing team, we were privileged to have the opportunity to bring this dynamic vision to life. Every part of the process has been a joy to be involved in and working together with the school to develop an inspiring brand to create the new Honeywell Primary

Let me introduce myself, I'm Julia Williams, I live in Worcester with my two amazing boys and my extraordinarily cute 3 year old cockapoo Rio.

I love the seaside, chocolate, eating out and being surrounded by good friends.

My career to date has evolved. I have gone from being a headteacher to working in the property industry and now marketing. Transferable skills are vital. What this has taught me is that life is a rollercoaster with highs and lows. You need to make the most of each and every day.

In my previous roles, I got fed up of being sold to and encouraged to use marketing techniques that quite frankly weren’t right for me. I spent a lot of money on marketing without a return on investment. I was expecting leads to convert into sales but instead, I got likes. This is the reason ADD Marketing was created.

We help by establishing where you are now and identifying where you want to be – we gain an understanding of your business and then work alongside you to create and implement an integrated marketing, all-around strategy to help you achieve your objectives.
