If your strategy is always to look for the quick wins, you will neglect to work towards your long term goals and you will lose people, trust and credibility if you don’t pay attention.

Don’t ever forget that the here and now is important as long as you are travelling in the right direction.

It can be hard to build mental resilience when you’ve had many knocks - it’s only natural to have peaks and troughs in your motivation and belief in yourself.
