Knowing this, how should you go about retaining your Meal Prep customers longer? One way to go about doing this is by implementing a loyalty program.
You can, for example, reward your customers with a 10-20% discount after they've been with you for 4 weeks in a row or offer free delivery after they've ordered 6 times.
What this does, is it lowers the possibility of your customers "shopping around" among your competition, which is so often how Meal Prep companies lose customers or, at least, significantly decrease their customer lifetime value.

Of course, the biggest factor when it comes to retaining your customers is having a great product and great service.
