By Law in the UK, to sell or gift your products (even if for testing to friends / family) your products must have a CLP Label on them which highlights the hazardous ingredients within that product. The hazardous ingredients come from the fragrance oils and as each fragrance oil is different, the clp label must be made different for every fragrance oil you use.
