Many moments in history have turned the world upside down and changed the way we live, work, behave, and think. The last couple of years have been a turning point for humanity, changing the very foundation of the way we live.

Amidst all this, health has shown to be the most important asset and has a strong influence on the way we live our lives, the jobs we do, the way we feel emotionally.

Do you love admin and/or marketing? I'm pretty sure at least 98% of business owners did not set up their business to do their own admin and/or marketing.
They probably didn't really register the need and actually the time it takes to do these two roles for your own business.
Even if we don't mind a bit of admin it's amazing the amount that is involved with a growing business.
As for marketing, if like me it was a steep learning curve when I started my business and you've learnt it cannot stop - the beginning was possibly interesting, intriguing even but the relentless need for it to take place can be quite paralysing!
However, outsourcing may not have been on the cards or wanted at the beginning, the draw to 'get rid' is very alluring.
I'm so pleased I have a team that love these roles and certainly help me with mine and work with my clients to ease their time-sucks and allow them to do more of what they love.

Guess what I did this weekend? Nothing.⁣

Yep you heard me, I took a whole weekend off. WHAT? Crazy I know. Want to hear something even crazier? My world didn't fall apart.⁣

I gave myself permission to do nothing but things that made me happy.⁣
⁣
Went fishing⁣
Cooked a roast⁣
Watched my boy play football⁣
Lots of family time ⁣

I started working for myself so that I could work on my own terms. So why on earth do I find myself working 7 day weeks?⁣
⁣
That's the thing when you're ambitious, you find it hard to switch off.⁣
⁣
From now on though, I'm reclaiming my weekends and my me time.⁣
