Maset x Donostia

Throughout April and May, our wonderful client Maset welcomes its sister restaurant Donostia to Chiltern Street, bringing Basque signatures and northern Spanish specialities to the table alongside Maset favourites and new spring dishes.

It’s a seasonal conversation between two regions, two kitchens, and two beautifully complementary ways of eating.

When it comes to sunshine recipes, our go-to is Palm Greens and Kali Jago: bold, vibrant, global flavours and healthy, plant-based ingredients 🍃

For now, we’re getting our fix at their new wellness café located at in Shoreditch. The dream team Kali and Memby are back, serving lucky Londoners Palm Greens’ signature salads and a new breakfast menu featuring beautiful chia bowls and customisable smoothies!
