This project for was a little while ago now but I think it deserves a little attention...

It was actually one of the first projects I did as a freelancer but I recently helped Sue again with some web updates to align her services with the current market.

The logo was inspired by Sempervivum, one of Sue's favourite plants. Sempervivum's are geometric succulents that grow outdoors and were the perfect inspiration for the logo.

As well as the branding, the project included a bespoke website, printed stationery, a newspaper advert and social media templates.

New project up on my website 🙌

I recently created a suite of bright and bold LinkedIn adverts for Talent Tent designed to capture the attention of business owners and HR decision makers. Talent Tent offer a lot more than just the initial hiring, they help companies to keep and grow their existing staff base too so they needed some digital ads to reflect their forward thinking services.

It was fun to work with such a quirky colour palette and develop the branding style to incorporate some new graphical elements.

It's always a pleasure to work with great copywriting to complement the designs too, thanks Louisa Mars.

PNG, JPG, EPS, SVG... you probably see these file type acronyms all the time, but what do they actually all mean? And when should you use each one?

If used incorrectly it could hinder the look of your design or cause costly mistakes. You don't want to order 1000 branded t-shirts and find they're all pixellated 😬

That's why I supply my clients with a file types guide with a brief overview of what the file is and what it's used for. That way they can refer back to whenever they need to.

Earlier this year I helped Dan who was in the process of setting up his new Mortgage Brokerage. He needed the full works, from branding to website and business stationary.

I love working with start-ups and seeing them go from strength to strength once they're equipped with all the brand assets their business needs. Helping them to bring their vision to life gives them the confidence to go and smash it and that's exactly what happened here.

It was great to work with Tudor and his team on a range of exciting projects all with the sole mission of bringing great food and drink to Cardiff and the UK.

Across the 3 hospitality businesses Tudor owns, I created the signage and promotional materials for their street food festivals, marketing pitches for upcoming restaurant launches in Cardiff and social media graphics advertising upcoming street food vendors and airbnb accommodation in their Riverside location.
