📣 UPDATE ALERT 📣

First and foremost - we are looking at a comeback as early as next week! 🥳🎉

As you are all aware I took an extended break away from designing. This has given me time to reflect on life (for the better) and build up my skill base as a designer. Without time constraints of having orders I have been able to create some spectacular one-of-a-kind designs. But as you are all aware, the same design is never sold twice, so I have put it in the creative bank if you will and will only use these as reference to speed up project times.

Going forward, every single customer will need to sign up to the website as it will be your portal. When orders are processed, your invoice will be viewable instantly with a full price break-down.

The below image is just an example and prices don't accurately reflect GlitchMedia's pricing.

This has been in the works for a while but I think a public release is due.

We have out own currency here, GlitchCoins (₲). You can spend them on real-world items but I'll keep it a surprise on how to earn or use them.

Still not quite back to the grind just yet but this is just an update post.

People who have been signing up to the website with , , .co.uk/.com email addresses won't receive any of our system emails.

Microsoft has put a block on our mail server's IP and we are working with them to resolve the issue.

There has been around 50 bounce back emails to us that have been rejected. These are not spam emails and are purely welcome emails.

We use emails for password recovery purposes so it is vital that they get delivered.

We will post an update as soon as we hear back!

Things have been pretty quiet over at Glitch HQ.

I am currently taking a short break due to family reasons and will be back and responding to messages ASAP.

Profiles / member portal now integrated. You will not need to provide a code anymore.

We will however, need to manually verify your account and get your files on there after your account is registered.

Once your account is registered we will then manually verify you based on credentials we have on record or we may ask you for details if you are an old customer.

We are working on the website today. Customers will now have the ability to sign up/log in. Each customer will have their own portal to where if they wish to, they can upload their own files as well as access the backup(s) we hold for them.
