It’s an early start today as I’m off to help deliver a team day. While driving, I’ve been wondering what my HoC colleagues will be wearing. I’ve chosen my new From My Mother's Garden dress which I love and feel good wearing.
I’m reflecting on how uniquely different we all are. No two people are the same, we all have different tastes, enjoy different foods, places, colours and hobbies.
Having a colour analysis or style consultation gives the tools to make informed choices about how to dress. It does not impose sets of rules, it opens doors, providing inspiration enabling clients to create their own individual look bringing a new level of personal confidence.

Another From My Mother's Garden item today! This time the newly launched satin bomber style jacket. This feels utterly lush, it’s such luxurious satin, and lined with an equally fab plain coloured satin 😜. The elasticated border is slightly sparkly which I totally love 💕. This jacket will look equally at home with jeans or my silk trousers! Perfect!
I’ve paired it with one of my favourite Kettlewell Colours tops, the sleeveless v in pink fizz and a pair of Phase Eight linen trousers that I dyed during lockdown!

You know that feeling when an item of clothing that you’ve ordered is delivered, you can’t wait to try it on and want to wear it immediately, even though you’re only going to Waitrose!

That’s what happened with this dress from From My Mother's Garden. It arrived yesterday and I loved it immediately! Gorgeous soft rayon fabric, a bit of swish and pockets! Perfect for anyone with romantic in their clothing style! It’s available in this aqua colour way - good for springs /summers and also in blue/black/purple which would work well for winters.
