I recently had the pleasure to work with the amazing CASES team again, on the design for this important and very interesting digital resource, which supports Sports and Exercise Scientists using AI within their work.

The Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES) has released a major new resource designed to support Sport and Exercise Scientists in understanding and applying artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly and effectively.

'The CASES Resource on Artificial Intelligence' is intended for professionals at all levels—from those new to AI to those already proficient—and provides practical insights alongside links to over 20 AI tools relevant to the sector.

Eight authors from across the CASES membership, with a wealth of knowledge and wide range of experience worked together to research and review the evolving AI landscape in Sports and Exercise Science.

Well what a year 2025 has been! I wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone I’ve worked with this year. It’s easily been the busiest year to date.

I hope everyone has a much needed break over the holidays, I know I’m ready! 🙏🏼 Here’s to good rest before it all starts again in 2026 🙌🏻

Well for everyone out there with kids, whether you’re entertaining, trying to organise last minute summer camps or juggling work while entertaining, we survived the first week of the school holidays! Woo hoo! 🙌🏻

My quietest part of the week was spent taking refuge under a duvet, while nerf bullets hurtled through the air around me 🙈

I found some creative outlets though, one involved some giant chalks 🌈 it had lockdown vibes but we now have a very colourful drive! 😂 😂 We’ve also baked & decorated lots of sweet treats! 🧁😋

Good luck for the next 5 weeks everyone. We can do it! I’d love to hear how you’ve been entertaining your little ones. I’m off for a large glass of wine before we start the 2nd week🍷 Cheers all!

We all know we need some time away from screens to give our eyes a much needed break 👀 whether from computers, tablets or mobiles. It can be difficult to find ways to get away from them!

Today I’m treating mine while researching & getting some inspo for a new logo with some of my favourite books 📚 & a hot chocolate (well it stops me eating it 🍫) before I’m back at the screen to develop my sketches into ideas 👩🏻‍💻

Today on International Women’s Day, I want to thank my daughter and her love of dot-to-dots, which inspired the direction for my design business’s rebrand. I’ve loved watching her excitedly connecting the dots to reveal the full picture, before colouring it in to bring it alive. Her creativity has won her a few school competitions now, which makes me a super proud mum, so this post celebrates her! 😊 👏

At the end of 2023, I had the pleasure of working with the Marketing Team at Dormer Pramet, helping to create presentation slides and printed lanyard IDs (with foldout schedules) for their Global Management Conference. It was great to dive in and get to grips with their branding, using it to create infographics to help them communicate statistics and strategies to their employees. Then at the end of last year I was asked to help with their conference for the second time and I look for forward to working with them again.

You can make presentation slides more impactful by:

☑️ having company branded templates created that follow brand guidelines, this makes your presentation look professional and consistent,

☑️ making important facts/statistics stand out,

☑️ cutting down text to make the slides quick and easy to digest,

☑️ breaking up blocks of text with space or design elements, to make it easier for the viewer to read,

☑️ using title slides or full slide images to mark a new section, this will give the viewer a visual break too,

☑️ leaving space, not every part of the slide needs to be filled and it helps the viewer navigate the slide’s content easily.

I’ve recently been doing some work with Katie Philpott School of Dance to help promote some of their classes and trials. This fantastic school really helps build up their students’ confidence and dance skills with amazing teachers in a warm, friendly environment. It’s been a real pleasure working with them.
