I've worked with over 1,000 start-up businesses.
All of them, except three, have said the same thing:
"I don't want to be a content creator."
One of the biggest surprises when you start a business is realising how much time you suddenly spend trying to promote it.
You start out wanting to create great work, help customers and build something meaningful. Then somehow you find yourself filming videos in your car, Googling algorithms and wondering if you now work full-time for Meta or LinkedIn.
In this session, I’ll be sharing ways you can build brand awareness and sales without having to churn out social media content like you're singlehandedly running a multimedia agency*
Marketing vibes covered include:
⭐ Search and discoverability
⭐ Authenticity
⭐ Community and collaboration
⭐ In-person marketing opportunities
⭐ Simple ways to promote your business on a start-up budget
Most importantly, it’s a chance to spend time with local entrepreneurs and hear how other people are navigating the same challenges.
