Lots of exciting things happening this coming season ...

Season will be mid/late April - October (weather depending).

Lifeguard 3 day course - 9th, 10th and 11th April 2026.

Swims - we are aiming to do 4-5 swim sessions a week this season (max of 12 swimmers per session)!

Shared pop-up sauna - the sauna will be available for "Sauna & Dips" (for summer - you can swim/dip in the pool during that slot.
The sauna can also be booked on its own before and after swim sessions (private hire can also be arranged but you all need to be NOWCA members).

Sound baths (including swim and sauna) - these will be 2.5-3 hours. The perfect way to end a week, the first one will be early June on a Friday (date and time TBC).

Cakes/drinks - we're working on options for poolside goodies!

As always, you do need to be a NOWCA member for all activities.
