Helping a long-standing commercial cleaning client with writing their tender for a large contract (not a service I offer but I know them so well it made sense due to experience with meaningful emails & copywriting), and scored 95% on the Services section so they are through to the presentation stage. Really pleased for them so thought I'd share!
