A long-time client, Early Day Films, winner of a BAFTA for BAIT, is releasing its new film, MISSION, at the Edinburgh International Film Festival on 15th August. During post-production in January 2026 we were asked to animate the logo we’d designed for them 20 years earlier as a fledgling film script startup, along with the co-producer’s logo, 65 Wilding Films. The film stars George MacKay, the lead character in the film, 1917. Many thanks to Fflur Lewis for helping me with this animation, which had to be exactly 5 seconds long for the opening credits.
