Different locations, but always one team...

Just because we don't see you every day doesn't mean you're on your own.

Saturday was World Mental Health Day, and this year's theme, "Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change," is a reminder of just how important it is to listen and make sure everyone feels heard.

At Envisage, our staff are spread across the UK, working at venues of all shapes and sizes. Whilst we don't always get the opportunity to meet everyone face to face, we want every member of our team to know that they're never just a name on a booking.

We know that behind every shift is a real person, with their own experiences, challenges and things going on outside of work. Life isn't always easy, and sometimes a little understanding, support or simply having someone to listen can make all the difference.🫂

We recently provided a mascot performer to help make a little noise ahead of their arrival in Bournemouth later this month.

Suited up in a full astronaut costume, our performer took to the town, handing out flyers, interacting with the public and unsurprisingly, turning a few heads along the way!

1,050 shifts later… another immersive experience smashed!

Our time at Tutankhamun: The Immersive Exhibition in Birmingham is officially over and what a run it has been:

⭐ 1,050 staff shifts
⭐ 8,757 staffing hours
⭐ 99.34% attendance

This project brought so many new faces into the Envisage team and it has been such a pleasure getting to know you all, working closely together and watching the team settle in and absolutely smash it.

You welcomed thousands of visitors, answered countless questions, kept the energy going through long shifts and helped make the experience memorable from the moment people walked through the doors.

Another immersive experience wrapped up, another brilliant group of people brought together and plenty of memories made along the way.

And just like that, our time working on the .experience has come to an end.

From April through to September, we’ve had the pleasure of providing staff across the experience, helping welcome visitors, support the operation and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The numbers are pretty amazing:

⭐ 27,667 staffing hours
⭐ 20 weeks of staffing
⭐ 556 reviews
⭐ 4.9 star rating

But the best part has been seeing just how much fun everyone has had. From excited families arriving through the doors to visitors throwing themselves into the challenges, the atmosphere throughout has been brilliant.

A massive thank you to every member of our team who has worked with us on Gladiators. Whether you joined us for one shift or became a familiar face week after week, you’ve all played a part in what has been a fantastic project.
