We’re Hiring – Chef (Full Time, Daytime Focused)
We’re looking for an ambitious, early-career chef to take leadership of the kitchen in our beautiful new restaurant space at Trevenson Moor.
This is a rare opportunity for someone ready to step up – confident enough to run a small kitchen, yet hungry to grow, learn and shape something special. You’ll be responsible for delivering medium to high-end breakfast and lunch menus, maintaining our 5-star food standards, and bringing creativity and energy to the plate.
You’ll often work solo (with support at peak times), so this role suits a chef who enjoys responsibility, values organisation, and takes pride in running a clean, safe and well-managed kitchen. Strong knowledge of allergens, stock control and food safety is essential.
What we offer:
- Mainly daytime hours (approx. 8:45am–3:30pm)
- Full time preferred, part time considered for the right person
- Only a small number of evening services per week by Summer 2026
- Good rate of pay, based on experience and skill
