I really do have the best clients - had a rather splendid delivery earlier today that the Office Junior is very interested in, and that I'm very much looking forward to sampling this evening. And no, I won't be sharing it with her!

Just had a lengthy post-op chat with the Office Junior about whether she's going to wear her tshirt to keep the wound clean (she's not) and whether she's going to take a break from climbing and jumping while it heals (also not!) - wish me luck! 😅

I've loved working with fellow local business The Engineers Arms on their promotional material for Bank Holiday weekend. For the eagle-eyed who know me well, no, you aren't seeing things - that really is me and my saxophone making an appearance alongside the Lately boys!

Why have just one logo when you can have several?!

Finished this one a few weeks ago for my other life - saxophonist / bass player in Lately - and as we finally got to play our first live gig in over a year at The Halfway House on Saturday it seemed like a good time to share it!

Having seemingly managed to pick the two best days weather wise to be off, it's all systems go again today.

Logos, leaflets, signage and more will be flying out to customers during the course of the day.

Today marks 6 years since a friend and former colleague approached me about doing some freelance work and RWD was born!

Huge thanks to all my clients past and present for your support, and to the people behind the scenes who keep me going.

For what feels like almost the first time in those 6 years, I'm taking a couple of days off but I'll be back later in the week and sending updated drafts out to all customers with work currently in progress.

I have taken on the management of their social media pages, meaning while I keep you up to date with what's happening, Adam can concentrate on the driving and heavy lifting for all his customers.

If you've been following me for a while, you'll know I love the variety that comes with my line of business. You'll also know I love it when I get to work with other local business owners. This week, that has meant creating a clean, simple logo as part of a rebrand for C.E Winterton Ltd.

I sent them a variety of initial concepts and after minimal tweaks - and a slight variation for use in smaller spaces - they were really pleased with the end result.
