As property investors ourselves with an investment portfolio that we are looking to build, we have investment opportunities that we would purchase, however we do not always have the funds in place. We are saving up for deposits or waiting to refinance to invest in our next property. We want to help people to be successful in property investment and so we happily pass on opportunities, help set goa

ls, strategy, analyse deals, educate and network. We have built very strong relations with developers and the sales and marketing agents in some of the major north west cities, such as Manchester and the surrounding areas, which has taken time and effort. We can save you this time and effort by passing you the opportunity we have access to. We could even become landlord neighbors!
2016/17 is going to a year where we will have opportunities that in this financial and economic climate are strong and worth exploring. We would strictly only look at, and pass on opportunities that we we personally invest in, and that is a promise. Nearly finished project Jolliffe. Only a bit more furniture to make, a tidy up and it’s ready for the first tenant to move in in January!
This project seems to have flown by! Refinance should be complete in January and onto the next one.
