I’ve spent some time this week going down a rabbit hole. 👀

I looked through around 50 Instagram posts that had blown up (10k+ likes, loads of comments, tons of saves) across different niches.

Not just big creators either, smaller accounts that randomly had posts take off too.

And the interesting thing is… it wasn’t the design, or even how often they posted.

Most of them followed the same few patterns and once you start noticing it, you see it everywhere.

Growing on here isn’t really about “beating the algorithm”. It’s about understanding why people stop, read, comment and share.

I broke down the main patterns in the carousel.

I’m curious though, what’s the last post you saved and why? 👀

Can I be really honest for a second? 👀

If every post you’re putting out is:
“book now”…
“limited spaces”…
“don’t miss out”…

It’s not that people aren’t interested, they’re just not ready yet.

Most people don’t buy the first time they land on your page.
They buy when they feel like they know you, trust you, and actually understand how you can help.

And this is where so many businesses are unknowingly holding themselves back.

If your feed is heavy on the selling but light on the nurturing, it can start to feel like you’re constantly pushing… without getting the bookings to match.

The goal isn’t to post more. It’s to post with intention 🤍

→ Build connection
→ Share genuine value
→ Gently remove the “but what if…” worries your audience has

Get that balance right, and everything starts to feel a lot easier (and… the enquiries follow).

If you’re heavy on the sales post, save this for your next content session. ✨

I’ve been watching this shift for a while now.

Clients saying “I’m posting consistently but nothing’s really happening.”

Accounts doing all the right things… and still feeling stuck.

What’s changed is what gets rewarded.

In 2026, it’s not about posting more or chasing whatever trend pops up that week. It’s about clarity. Knowing who you’re talking to, what you actually want your content to do, and repeating that message confidently (even when it feels boring to you).

I’ve seen accounts grow by posting less, but with way more intention.

I’ve also seen amazing businesses stall because their content had no direction.

If your content feels busy but not effective, this carousel will make sense.
