We are proud to become the first company in Northern Ireland to recognise early pregnancy loss and miscarriage as a bereavement, offering paid leave as part of our new Compassionate Leave Policy.

We will be offering 3 days full pay to employees who have experienced or been affected by early pregnancy loss and miscarriage, on top of the paid sick leave offered to all employees, at least 20 days per annum. The policy is inclusive of all employees across stores, warehouses and offices.

This extends to all employees, regardless of gender, including those with a surrogate mother. The inclusion of early pregnancy loss and miscarriage support in our renewed Compassionate Leave Policy recognises that early pregnancy loss and miscarriage is a bereavement, and one not isolated to women or heterosexual couples.

The extension of the policy will offer paid compassionate leave along with a robust support system including 24-hour access to their Employee Assistance Programme for mental health, up to five free sessions with a professional counsellor and a peer or colleague support system, should our employees wish to avail of it.

We want to encourage a national conversation to help destigmatise isolating and traumatic reproductive health challenges which are lived by so many people in Ireland every day.

Fitness Factory Lurgan’s 1st Timetable of 2021 is here 🤩💪🙌

28 classes a week! All included in membership for all our members 🎉
Pay as you go available also £4 per each 30/45 minute class & £5 per each 60 minute class!

Circuits, Spin, Boxing, Kickboxing, Boxing Conditioning, Legs Bums & Tums, Juniors Kickboxing, Insane Stepping, Core Conditioning, Pump, Shark Circuits, Women’s Kickboxing, Pump & Core & Thai Boxing!

ALL classes MUST be pre booked as there will be a set limit per numbers on each class 😃
You can book all classes via our book now button at the top of the page and booking will open on Monday 17th at 6am!

Everyone attending classes will also need to bring wipes/spray with them to wipe down all equipment after use 😊

Please note that our usual cancellation policy will be strictly enforced as we are expecting a large number of bookings coming through and don’t want anyone missing out! If you cannot make your class you must cancel 2 hours before, failure to do so will result in a £5 no show fine before another booking can be made, this is to prevent spaces being wasted when others are looking in and make it as fair as possible for everyone 😊

We are expecting to need to add a few more spin classes so don’t panic 😂 we’re just waiting to see exactly what nights we’re going to need to put them on before we add them 😂
