Some customers (myself included) may be finding that some emails that they are trying to send are being returned after a few hours as undelivered. This is primarily to Microsoft powered email addresses like hotmail, outlook etc...
This is due to an issue with a key IP address being blocked by Microsoft. The Fasthosts team are actively working to resolve the issue. Emails to non-Microsoft accounts should continue to work as usual.
