As a housing association with approximately 6000 homes, we employ over 100 staff to deliver services in the heart of our north Liverpool community, including welfare and benefits support, community regeneration and funding, repairs and asset management, and neighbourhood services. We use this channel to communicate the latest updates about what we’re working on, upcoming projects, business informa
tion, advice and community news. We really like to create conversations and engage with our tenants, so please do comment, like and share our messages to help us to spread the messages even further. We do monitor the content of messages, so please try to make sure you are posting kind messages – we can’t be responsible for the content in comments and visitor posts themselves, and we do have a set of rules that we ask you to adhere to if you do choose to post a comment:
1) No swearing, bad, or offensive language
2) No ‘naming and shaming’, or referring to other tenants or Cobalt staff by names or addresses
3) No derogatory comments about another tenant or a Cobalt staff member – if you wish to make a formal complaint, please see below for how to do so
4) No bullying others, please respect views that may differ from your own
5) No explicit or offensive photos
6) No visitor selling posts – community and free events are acceptable, but personal promotion for financial gain is not. Any posts or comments deemed to be breaking the rules will be removed, and if you see something you’re unhappy with on our newsfeed you can get in touch with the team at [email protected] to let us know. If you have a complaint about another tenant, member of staff, your home or a service you have received, please call 0330 303 2222 or email [email protected]. We are keen to receive feedback so we can understand areas for improvement, but please use these official channels, as posts may be deleted if they break the above rules. If you continue to make comments or posts that breach the above rules, we may remove you from our page or block you from being able to make future posts.
