Get seen, Get heard and Get Sales!
Sam always knew sales and marketing was the career for her after taking part in a focus group when she was 15. She was intrigued that a large multi national business wanted to understand its customers, and develop products to suit their needs; rather than create a product and hope that somebody would buy it.
Her first foray into the business world came in the shape of her Saturday job at an independent town centre newsagents. The owner taught her about the importance of customer appeal, how a well merchandised shop would attract your audience, and encourage sales.
Sam obtained her qualifications in business and marketing and entered the corporate world. Working for over 20 years with European DIY Giants in the home interiors sector. She was responsible for developing paint and wallcoverings brands, implementing marketing strategies and managing circa £80 million of sales.
After leaving the corporate world Sam launched her own furniture and kitchen painting business. She used her sales and marketing experience to tap into the minds and hearts of her clients. She knew it was crucial to understand what they needed, and provide products and services to help them achieve their dreams. This approach gained her a portfolio of loyal customers across the UK.
