We’ve recently launched the new website for ONYX. 🖤

Onyx Commerce operates in the world of social commerce. Shop, creators, affiliates, paid media, livecommerce. A fast-moving space where most agencies either overcomplicate the messaging… or make themselves sound exactly the same as everyone else.

The real challenge here was structure.

These services do not sit in isolation. They feed into each other. Paid ads support creators. Creators support live selling. TikTok Shop relies on operational strategy behind the scenes.

So the website needed to communicate a connected growth ecosystem rather than just a list of services.

From a web design and development perspective, we focused heavily on:
👉🏻 clearer user journeys
👉🏻 stronger conversion paths
👉🏻 positioning that felt commercially mature
👉🏻 balancing personality with credibility
👉🏻 and creating a design system flexible enough to grow with the business

The final result feels sharp, modern and much more aligned with where the brand is heading.

A website should not just “look nice”. It should help people understand the value of what you do within seconds.

Going into our 8th year, Wired Creative has had a refresh. New visual direction, updated foundations and a that finally reflects the level of work we produce. It has been a long time coming and I’m really proud of where it has landed.

A few highlights from this year:
• Expanded ongoing support packages for clients who prefer long-term partnership over one-off work.
• Streamlined internal systems to improve communication, timelines and delivery.
• For the first time, offered free website audits, which brought in some brilliant new connections.
• And of course, our new brand and website, built to better represent who we are today and where we’re heading.

Something I’m especially grateful for is that most new work this year came through returning clients and word-of-mouth. It’s the biggest sign that the work is landing well and that the we build really do matter.

Thank you for being part of this year, whether you hired me, recommended me, or simply supported the journey. It all counts. đź’—
