Did you know Ahrefs had made a new Search Engine - called 'Yep'? 🤔

Developed by Dmytro Gerasymenko and the team at Ahrefs - Yep is a search engine, built from the ground up, that shares advertising profits with it creators and protects it's users' privacy.

Google My Business are working on a new look report for profile insights:

‘Your metrics will move to a new-look report. Search queries are visible, and more metrics will be added in a few months.’

In the next few months, Google My Business profiles will have a new Insights report with better visuals, layouts and more data to view.

Since the new update to Google Search Console, there has been a very sort-after feature – Request Indexing. This feature in Google Search Console could be used to request that Google index a page. But due to technical issues, the feature has been disabled.

On 14th October, Google updated their ‘Data anomalies in Search Console‘ mega thread – which details updates and issues on the platform. They said;

'The “Request Indexing” feature of the URL Inspection Tool has been disabled in order to make some technical updates. We expect it to be re-enabled in the coming weeks.'

Due to technical issues, the 'Request Indexing' feature has been disabled on Google Search Console. It should be back up in the coming weeks.

With Search Console you can submit your new content and pages directly to Google – but from 14th October, Google have disabled the ‘Request Indexing’ feature. Which in most cases, made Google index your URL quicker.
