We’re looking for individuals who are eager to be part of a motivated, hard-working fitting department

Requirements:
✔️A clean driving license
✔️ A valid CSCS & IPAF Card (PASMA, SPA & Asbestos would be a bonus but training can be provided)
✔️ 3 years minimum as a lead fitter
✔️Willingness to work away when required
✔️A can-do attitude and strong work ethic

At SDM signs, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, working with fully certified professionals in a supportive environment.

As we head into the final weeks of what has been an incredible 2025—arguably one of our best years in business—we’re already looking forward to what 2026 has in store.

Our fitting team has done us proud this year, and we can’t thank them enough for their hard work and commitment. They consistently go the extra mile: working nights and weekends, putting in long hours when needed, and ensuring every project is completed on time and to the highest standard.

Looking ahead at our workload for 2026, it’s clear that our existing teams are already booked for most of the year. With that in mind, we’re looking to strengthen our fitting department by adding another team to the road.

If you’re looking for a new challenge, a fresh start, or simply a change of scenery, we’d love to hear from you.

So, SDM Signs & Graphics did a thing!

We’ve proudly supported an important initiative helping children learn about key safety and well-being issues. These booklets are being delivered to schools across the area — including Austhorpe Primary School, which was not only my school, but also my son’s.
That makes this one feel extra special.

It just goes to show…
You can be the biggest company and do the least, or a small company and care the most.

And we choose to care. 🙌🏼
