Hey! I wanted to share something with you because I think it could really help someone you know.
My friend Carly is a nutrition coach who has just created a programme specifically for women going through perimenopause. It's called The GLOW Method and it's an 8-week 1:1 coaching programme designed to help women get their energy back, clear the brain fog, and feel like themselves again — without restrictive diets or being told to just push through.
